I've heard on this forum of a place to train in neutral bay, at the pumphouse gym I think???
Where exactly is the pumphouse, what's the mma training there like, and what are costs, schedule etc?
Just asking as I'm looking at moving to neutral bay.

The pumphouse is located on Military Road, above the Gourmet Pizza Kitchen.
