New 6 Week Explosive Power Program

If anyone is interested I will be posting a 6 week program to improve your lower body explosive power week by week beginning February 2nd on my site

I'll also post the first week of the program on here when it starts.

You'll need to measure either your vertical jump and/or your standing broad jump as a before and after assessment.

I guarantee you'll see dramatic improvements if you follow it exactly as prescribed.

does it require any special equipment?

No it doesn't require any special equipment and yes you can do other training and I'll be giving guidelines for what you should and should not be doing throughout the program as far as other workouts.
