Tim Bond was promoted to black belt by Renato Magno at Street Sports Santa Monica. Tim is the winner of numerous gi and no gi tournaments. His brother, Kenny, is also a black belt under Renato.
Congratulations to him, this promotion is well deserved.

Awesome. If Tim is anywhere near his brother's skill level, and I'm sure he's just as amazing, he's already a damn good black belt.
FYI -- Tim is also a great instructor. He teaches in Solvang and in Simi Valley.
