Also could you Anderson nuthuggers please provide an explanation as to why Silva was clearly sparring in the Erick Silva training video the UFC posted today? I thought he was rehabilitating his shoulder and has been for the past few months? He has gloves on and is sweating profusely. Perhaps he was just sweating out of nervousness of the prospect of having to face Chael "Perfection" Sonnen again?

It seems odd that Anderson started sparring soon after an opponent was anounced for Chael and the rematch was no longer imminent. The UFC likely edited that video to not show Anderson sparring so that people wouldn't be noticing these peculiarities. They have a video with their longest reigning champion and don't show him working out?! They showed GSP wrestling in the Vitor vid. Regardless it won't matter.

Sparring and fighting are two completely different things. Also, Anderson has recently stated that he's back in the gym training again. There is no tomfoolery here.
At the end of the day Chael will once again up tapping, as he has done with every Brazilian he's ever fought.
Personally I think the road to Anderson should go through Damien Maia. Anyone think Chael takes the rematch?

Yep.
Op ever trained and fought? You are able to start sparring again as it recovers. You are still not ready for a full 5 round fight and that kind of pressure though.

Lol OP, what do you mean by Anderson nuthuggers? He's one of the greatest in MMA history.. are people not allowed to like him? He's one of my favorite strikers in the sport, it's always fun to watch him fight. Also, when I was in boxing I had an injured shoulder and wrist, both on my right arm, and after a few weeks of letting it heal, I was already back in the gym hitting the bags and sparring. I mainly focused on my left hand though, but every now and then I would throw my right to see how far I could push it before it started hurting again. Sometimes you gotta train with an almost-healed injury to get it back into shape, but obviously don't go all out with it
