Henry did a review of the new Datsusara Pro bag. It's got a ton of new features and is a big step up from the last generation bags. Check out the video below:

Love my BP-02. It is sitting next to me at the office ready for another trip to the gym. If this thing wasn't still performing flawlessly after many years I would buy that pack. Looks nice and if it is anything like Datsusara's other gear it should be great!
I just got the SB-01 for my birthday, love that bag. It makes everything so easy to carry back and forth to class.

I have the Battlepack Core (BPC-04), their middle sized backpack. It holds a ton of stuff. I couldn't be more happy with it. Can't imagine how huge the Battlepack Pro must be.
.
Thanks for the post Dynamix and the great review from our favorite BJJ master Henry.
Glad to hear we have some fans here too, if you guys have any questions I'll try to keep an eye on this thread :)
Just bought the Pro and waiting for it to arrive... If I'd made up my mind earlier between the Core and Pro, I'd have it for my trip to Vegas today. Curse my stalling.
I'm having a tough time deciding between the pro and the core. I guess you can't go wrong either way. Any suggestions from this that have them?
To give you a sense of volume regarding the Core (middle sized backpack), I currently have packed in my bag: 2 gi's, bjj belt, 3 short sleeve rash guards, 1 long sleeve rash guard, 3 pairs of underwear, 2 t-shirts, 1 pair of shorts, 3 pairs of knee pads (6 knee pads), 2 mouth guards, 2 rolls of athletic tape, hang my MMA type gloves outside the bag, 2 nasty bags, and 1 rain cover. I am 6ft tall and about 190 lbs. to give you a sense of my clothing sizes. I've been happy with the amount of volume the Core holds, and I can still stuff it with more stuff if I wanted to do so. You'll have to decide how much volume you need, but the Core is enough for me. Thanks.

I just got my Datsusara hemp gi the other day. This material is abso-fucking-lutely awesome.
Chris-
On the battle pack mini, can I fit a 32 oz Nalgene style water bottle in the side pockets? My wife and I are expecting a second child soon and we need a new diaper bag as we will have 2 kids in diapers. I have the largest battle pack but that is just too big for my wife to carry around.
Those new bags look sweet! All those pockets have got to be awesome. I cant afford it now but I will someday!
I had the original LBP and it was seriously the best backpack I have ever owned. It began falling apart after about a year of heavy use, until patch/stitch jobs couldn't hold it together anymore.
Looking forward to buying the new model soon.
Does anyone know a discount code???!!

Just got my Pro last night. It's big, in a good way. Just for fun, I stuffed in two a3's and a towel, belt, my sandals, 2 water bottles, my laptop and it still has room for more. This is going to be my go-to bag for a long time coming. I'll report back over time how it holds up.

They're cheap volleyball knee pads. Don't take up to much space, so I just keep extra in my bag in case I haven't washed a pair from a previous practice.
