Lightning MMA Academy has just opened at:
22566 Avenida Empresa, Rancho Santa Margarita, California. Near Toyota of Rancho Santa Margarita.
Staff includes James Wilks ( long time student of Paul Vunak and Eric Paulson), Jon Frank ( So Cal Pankration Pres. ) and former Ukraine Greco Roman Wrestling coach Valintin Kalika.
The facility which has almost 3,000 sq ft of wrestling mat is inside Wrestling Mart, a newly opened wrestling and MMA supply store.
Adult classes are offered in Combat Submission Wrestling, Kickboxing, MMA and Wrestling.
Adult Classes are Mornings ( Mon. - Fri. ) 10:30 to 11:45 a.m. and Evenings ( Mon. - Thurs.) 7:45 - 9:00 P.M.
Youth Wrestling ( Freestlye and Greco ) is Tues. & Weds. 6:00 to 7:30 P.M.
Youth Pankration is Sunday's 10:00 - 11:00 A.M. ( 4 to 9 yrs. ) and 11:00 - 12:30 P.M. ( 10 yrs and up)
Private lessons by James Wilks and Valintin Kalika are available all day.
