"New" phenoms in MMA...

GSP is it! He's the prototype for what will become the most dominate type of fighter in MMA.

He outwrestles great wrestlers.

Outstrikes the strikers.

Can play the sub game if he needs to.

Has the best reflexes in the sport, period.

He, along with Loiseau, owns the best elbows in the business.

His strength level is insane .. outmuscling guys like Hughes, Trigg, and Sherk with ease.

GSP is the elite right now, and he'll be as dominate in the welterweight class as Fedor is in the heavyweight class.

Spenser Fisher is another guy that seems to be putting it all together, but IMO he'd be best served to go to 155 for the next tier of fighters in The UFC (nice win over Thiago though, brotha!) Fisher has some very tight combos with the hands ... he could seriously be a good boxer if he wanted to go that route. Obviously, he caught a tough Alves in a tight submission and that alone speaks volumes as to how much his ground game has improved since he sleepwalked through a "loss" to Carlo Prater.

thinking ...

add your picks!

Giles Arnes...

tito is a "phenom"inal asshole...lol

The only knock I see on GSP is his hand and foot speed, its decent but not fast or great.

I think thats the best way to beat him, he is a MONSTER at 170.

Man those power doubles were awesome!

"outmuscling guys like Hughes"

Trigg and Sherk yes, Hughes....he held his own, but he did not outmuscle him.

SHOGUN!

BJ Penn could be one.

Shogun, Penn, GSP and Arlovski are phenoms

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^LMAO

Phenoms

Shogun, Fedor, GSP, Hughes, Gomi, Arlovski, Penn

I'm not going to bother explaining why these guys are phenoms. Their records speak for themselves, love em or hate em their good.

Pretty good company if you ask me ;)
