I'm biased of course, but it's an amazing project. Elliott Bayev and I did everything we could to make it as drag-and-drop as possible. Which is why if you buy it but don't absolutely love it, then I'll buy it back from you anytime in the first year!

This is from the Triangle Choke submission chain on volume 1 of Spider Guard Masterclass. The Triangle Choke is such an important attack from the Spider Guard that Elliott devotes quite a bit of time to the details of it, as well as the counters and recounters for it. Some really cool stuff in that section!
This previews is all about generating pressure in Spider Guard, which is the secret sauce when it comes to preventing guard passes and setting up almost all your attacks...

This is from the Omoplata Submission Chain section of Spider Guard Masterclass. Elliott goes into extreme detail on the omoplata because it's such an important attack from the Spider Guard.
I hear you guys about the downloads, but quite honestly I have mixed feelings about doing that. Making them downloadable would just further increase the already huge amount of piracy that is out there. The margins on projects like this are already slim enough, especially as I keep on increasing the amount of work, effort and production values going into them.
Chris Anderson wrote about how the cost of digital information will usually trend towards free. I sincerely hope that he's wrong because I really enjoy making these big mega-projects occasionally. But he's probably right, and in a few years I may need to give up on them entirely: I have no way of knowing for sure, but I suspect that for each individual DVD or app I sell that there are at least 10 to 100 illegal downloads of the same material.
That being said, we have started work on the app versions of this instructional. Would that meet your needs for an almost instantaneously available, non-physical format?
Just got this set for Christmas. Went to rip the first disc so I can watch on my tablet and did a double take.
The first disc has 3 chapters. The first one is on understand spider and was 2 hours. Second chapter was on Triangle set up/combo and was 1.5 hours. Third chapter was on Omaplata set up/combo and was almost another hour.
THAT WAS JUST THE FIRST DISC! There are 4 more discs! I haven't watched it yet but I am overwhelmed by the amount of material. Kesting always has good stuff so I am sure it will be good. Going to take a long time to watch all the discs.
FYI I prefer DVD's so I always have them. I switched from Apple to Samsung and lost a lot of apps. With DVD I can always put them on my devices.
