New S&C Routine - Advice Needed

Hi guys,

I will be in Brazil training BJJ 2x daily 6 days a week and that is my primary focus. I don't want to be lifting so heavy that it fucks with my bjj training/performance.

I train bjj 5 days a week a couple hours a night, yoga x2 a week and lift weights once/twice a week for maintenance.

I am currently 82 kilos (180lbs) - 6 foot 3.

I compete at either 82 or 88 in Gi so ideally I want to put on a couple kilos as I don't like cutting.

I'd lift 0 times per week. Mobility work and prehab/rehab. Just try to stay healthy. Get plenty of calories. Phone Post 3.0
