Just FYI for those in the area.

On August 1st, 2006 Mike Moses' "Evolve Academy of Winchester" will open its doors.  We will be located in Winchester, VA at 170-10 Delco Plaza (inside the "Winchester Fitness" facility).

We are a Team Lloyd Irvin affiliation.  So, for those in Winchester and surrounding areas - come and get some of the best training in world.

mostly business and a little training.  trained twice at Jr's today.  i've trained twice at New Breed as well.  i wish i had more time to train.  i'm going to try and workout at Windy City Boxing next week.  it sucks staying out near the airport.  keep us posted about any fights you have coming up this fall.  the summer is CRAZY busy, but the fall should slow down a little
