He was walking around the restaurant last night wearing a badge with a pin on his t-shirt and his belt.

Officer Ortiz is an old mature.
He could do a lot of good in community outreach programs, talking to the youths about how they feeling right now.
He could start in troubled areas like Mumbai, Indiana.
Really get that place back on track. Really make them think about things long-term and how they can outlive their kids
