Was it you that already posted your experience on the thread about the defective batch of shorts? I suggested there that you contact Steve Marino and he would take care of you. He posted as well and assured you that he'd make good on the shorts.

If i'm mistaken, email Steve through their site (I forget his email right now) and I guarentee they'll get you squared away.

I bought two shorts from SPRAWL for me and for one of my former students and my shorts ripped off in two days and her shorts ripped off in one week...LOL! Could someone help me out on this? There is anyway to get my money back?

If you go back to that thread you'll find a post from one of the co-owners asking you to contact him to get this straightened out. I suggest you do it, their customer service is top notch and they'll make this right.
