Question: Tara used to dominate, but lost before even getting into the house. Have her skills declined due to age, did the talent-level increase and pass her by, or was it because the women at 135 are too big for her?
I guess it could be a combo of age, mileage (has alot of fights), and possibly the sport evolving. I just am one of those dudes that roots for someone no matter what, especially since the person in question is sooo important to the sport, I feel like we wouldn't even be having a women's tuf without her, not a nut (or whatever?) hugger, just much respect for a chick that always came to fight

Yep. She fought a real solid up and comer though. That time off didn't help either.
IMO, I have no idea why Shayna or Tara were on the show. Both have done more than enough to earn roster spots already. Shayna is not overlooking anybody as evidenced by the first fight.
