Why the departure from ATT Orlando and Orlando ATT. I was under the impression the two companies just merged. Has something happened to sour the deal?

ATT Orlando and Orlando ATT/Knockout Fitness have all merged into one gym and is being operated primarily by Paul Rodiguez and Seth Petruzelli. 

Now I am curious to know:

 1.  who is instructing at Renato's school (besides Renato)?

2.  what is the affiliation (is it an ATT school or just Renato BJJ)?

3.  where is the new school going to be located?

RT: We going start a new gym. We go to offer BJJ, MMA, Capoeira, Cardio Muay Thay

RT: I'm always go to be ATT. I was there we they started.

RT:Orlando, close to downtown.
