Great guy. It was one of my martial art highlights last year at the MixedMartialartsExpo in Toronto where he said to me "You have to feel it first to know it works." Then he proceeded to throw me through the air and land two knees to my mid-section.

Still have no idea how he did it or what he did but was very impressed.

Newton should have seen that guys like Verissimo can out grapple him. He should take this time off and train at a strict BJJ school.

Newton I think started having trouble making 170lbs. And as anyone who has done it can tell you that if you cut too much weight it really effects your performance. Now Newton vs Franklin @ 185 = one sick fight as well as new Champion.
