thanks big mills, i'll make sure he gets it. it probably won't be until tomorrow before he calls, he's working hard on his gym today trying to get it finished.
Does Alan work with any solid wrestlers [and no, I don't mean guys who know a few wrestling moves..lol I mean real, 100% well trained wrestlers with fast as hell shots, etc..]? The reason I ask is simple.. that seems to be the bane of guys like Alan, who are great overall talents, but don't get the time they need in rolling with guys that can pull off an ankle pick from 8 feet out [lol].
If he is getting that, then from what I hear on all other aspects of his game ... he'll definately make it to the highest level.
I know he trains with Rich Clementi who is a good wrestler and goes to a USA wrestling gym in Louisiana. He's also got some good wrestlers at his gym in Biloxi. Once of which made a D1 All American, not sure of his name.
