Next Level Athletic Performance and Mixed Martial Arts, will be opening its doors May 7th at 6pm. The facility looks awsome, huge mat space, half cage, 10 differnt heavy bags, any kind of mitt or pad you could think of and since its also a facility for personal training and athletic conditioning, we have every piece of conditioning equipment you could want, i.e. cables, plyo boxes, weights, med balls, ect.....
We're located on River Rd. Marcy, NY. The first week to new students is always free. We will also have competition team for both ametuer and professional fighters. On the personal training side we will offer, obviously- personal training, kettlebell classes, performance enhancement, corrective exercise and metabolic conditioning.
