"well it is our game."

Correct.

Because no one else wants it.

Ironic comment coming from a wannabe Canadian that lives in the shithole called Detroit.

But a mostly correct statement still... Though Europe still likes it's hockey, but really who counts the rest of the world anyways?

"Because no one else wants it."

Hard to argue .. so now all ya have to do is let bettman in on it.

NFL=QB1=good times!

"Though Europe still likes it's hockey, but really who counts the rest of the world anyways? "

Only the scandinavian countries, mostly. And a passing interest in Switzerland. Other than that, the only other countries with a strong interest in hockey would be Czechs and Russia (and former republics).

Its just like if an American called baseball "Our Game". Its the truth. No one else really wants it. Granted it is a huge sport in Central and South America, and THE premier sport in the Carribean countries. It is also huge in Asia. But it is an American game. Americans are the authority, just as Canadians are the authority on hockey.

Not an insult, its just the truth.
