Drank all night with mark coleman in chicago.  Really cool guy.  Hung out with Frank Sham and Mauro Ranallo after a st. lou strikeforce.  They paid for all of our drinks and talked with us for over a hour.  Cool guys.  jens, tim s, spencer fisher, pat m are all nice guys.

Met Vera, Serra, Cerrone, and Cruz at 128. All super nice guys, especially Serra. Met Werdum, J-lau, Thompson and Kenflo at Strikeforce and were equally as cool. Reem walked by a group of people and didn't really say anything, but he was cornering his brother that night.

Met Edgar at a target in Time River, he was really cool, spoke to him for a few minutes then left him alone.

My brother works at a deli in Vegas, said he's met Dana, Forrest, Mayweather, and Randy. All were very polite, said he felt his knuckles crack when he shook Randys hand lol. Phone Post

Met Ian freeman at UFC in Birmingham last year n he was awesome to talk to,proper nice guy!and Alessio Sakara few times in seminars and we have friends in common ,very funny, polite n extremely nice guy, always root for him! Phone Post

thats fuct up but really really funny.

I almost met Martin Kampmann once :)

One of his mates works at my workplace and while he was back in DK visiting his family he also stopped by the place we work (computer games company). Incidentally Martins nickname is "Hitman" and the game my company is working on is Hitman (although I don't think his nickname is related to the Hitman character at all) so me being a fan of Martin I once send him a package of merchandise in appreciation of his efforts and his nickname. Anyway he stopped by my office, but unfortunately I had just left. He did leave me a note and a T-shirt which I thought was pretty cool of him. So although I never managed to say a word to him, he's definetely one of the nicest fighters I never met :)

I have met a ton of people involved in K-1 and MMA, and they have all been cool enough, the only ones that stood out as complete and utter dickheads were Frank Trigg and Tiki Ghosn.

I bumped into Trigg in a bar in Tokyo and he was further up his own arse than anyone I have ever met then there is Tiki, who actually started a fight with my cousin In a Vegas casino because he thought my cousin was staring at him.

What's your guida story Phone Post
Lined up to meet him at an expo. But he was more interested in taking photos with promo girls from other booths that were cutting the line. Seemed like he didn't wanna be there. A couple of my friends also met him that day, rubbed them the wrong way as well. Phone Post

Surprised by Sakara

He seems kinda quiet and foreboding haha. Phone Post

NICEST
-Ryan Bader was super down-to-earth and was happy to chat
-Forrest Griffin was kind enough to take a photo with me in LAX despite the fact that he'd just been dusted by Anderson a few days earlier at 101
-Clay Guida was cool and had photos with me and my girlfriend
-Not a "fighter" per se, but Joe Rogan was awesome, hanging back and drinking with a group of 6-8 of us until the early hours in Sydney after UFC127. Funny, genuine guy
-Ebersole is awesome, and still sends words of encouragement via Facebook to our club when my coach posts fight results from our young up and coming fighters
-Fitch was a real nice guy and tried his best to talk to everyone that he could

JACKASS
-Josh Koscheck was a complete arrogant douche who didn't even look at people when they talked to him or asked for a photo. When people asked him a question at the signing booth, he didn't answer their question, but rather said "what's your name" before scribbling an autograph on the poster before calling, "next".

Best was Wayne McCullough when I interviewed him in Vegas before Cotto Margarito. Great guy. Spent some time with his family. Some great stories. Phone Post

Nicest - Houston Alexander.

I met him at the Arnold Classic Expo 4 years ago and got a pic and autograph. Went the next year, and I nodded at him when I walked by. He waved me and my wife over and insisted on getting a pic and signed another autograph for me.

Meanest - Matt Hughes

Wouldn't greet fans or sign autographs. He stood with his back to the fans behind the rope barrier and wouldn't turn around and acknowledge anyone. This happened on more then one occasion, so it wasn't him just having a bad day.

Fighters I've met that were very nice :

Rich Franklin
Shogun
Rogan ( yes he counts)
Tom lawlor
Jorge rivera

I'm still a fan, but Forrest Griffin wasn't a ball of joy the one time I did meet him. Kind o grumpy, maybe he was having a bad day :)

There are others I'm probably forgetting. Phone Post

nicest,

met Pedro Rizzo in Sweden he was cornering some guys. Posed for photo, nice guy

met GSP, super nice guy posed for a photo and then slipped into the London night on his own

met Rampage twice, first time he got super upset that I was drunk and said my girlfriend wanted a pic with "mr t". He exclaimed he would put his foot up my ass. At that point he was invited into the cage on the local show, instead of speaking to the crowd he called me out pointing and saying he wanted to fight me (at which point a sea parted around me). Gave me a decent interview after saying "fuck the ufc". ha good times

met Aleks Emelianenko very cool guy didnt speak much (im not sure he has much english) but posed for a photo and was very welcoming

Urijah Faber is an awesome guy we were sitting having breakfast and he asked if we minded if he joined the table? err of course not! Super chilled guy and hearing his war stories of aldo etc was awesome

Randy super nice as you would expect

Jeremy Horn/Rich Clementi
Both class acts Jeremy in particular is about the most honest convo you can get from a fighter imo

Bisping, nice down to earth guy posed for photos with me and friends

Jens Pulver was super cool .Trigg was very cool .Baroni went out of his way to get a group of his fighting friends to pose for picture.Pat Melitech was polite and cool,Laverne Clarke I was personel friends with ( wheres he at ).Wont name the ones I didnt like

My best story is Renzo. Met him at a fight night, and he couldn't have been nicer. Talked jiu-jitsu and Pride. He was talking about dieting down to fight matt hughes, and I mentioned how I was trying to eat very clean.

The next day, I am with my wife at a restaurant in downtown charlotte eating. I figured that I've been eating so clean, I can have a desert.

Suddenly, someone comes up behind me and grabs me, and says "My fren! What the f*** are you eating?"

My wife immediately asked "how the f*** do you know Renzo?" Phone Post

epic hero - It's odd but everyone I know who met Sam Stout said he was a complete douche.

GSP sat next to my nephew on a plane out of New Mexico. When he heard that my brother was a giant fan, he not only took a pic with my nephew to send, but he CALLED MY BROTHER from my nephews phone and left a message. Great dude...
