Nick did so much for MMA. To this day one of the true rockstars I just hope he's 100 percent if he's going into this most recent version of Jorge Masvidal. Nick has a good natural size advantage but so did Till. Either way the payday alone is worth it. Nick would probably try to fight Jorge if they ran into each other, better to get paid for it.

No disrespect, but what did Nick Diaz do for MMA? I thinkMMA never needed Nick but he needs MMA. What would he be without professional fighting? If I’m wrong, please tell me. He was a tremendous fighter but that doesn’t mean he did anything for the sport. If anything, it seemed he hurt it from going mainstream due to his unwillingness to do public promotions for his fights.

Luke Thomas (grain of salt) recently said that the Penn/Diaz fight was the last time BJ Penn fought like BJ Penn (albeit for one round before getting tired). Nowhere even near since. Oddly I believe that's the last time Nick won a fight.
