Bendo came out clean miller vs guida or bendo vs guida or if guillard beats lauzon guillard vs bendo
If Melvin beats Joe then it should be Melvin vs clay for number 1 contender. That's just my opinion though.

Training partners. I doubt they would fight.
After seeing Ben fight, the only #1 contenders fight that makes sense is Guida/Henderson.
Clay vs Bendo for #1

NoPlacebo - Clay vs Bendo for #1
Guillard said he will fight teamates
Yeah I forgot they were training partners. But Melvin definitely should get a title shot soon. Maybe after clay or bendo fights for title
Does this change anyone's opinion of Anthony Pettis?
No. Pettis is an outstanding fighter but I think it's time to give Clay or Melvin a shot. And after them comes Pettis
Guida is the rightful #1 contender. If guillard wants a title shot he has to fight clay.
someone should put dana's face on the "everything went better than expected" picture. they had it out for miller, dana would never say "he's getting the next title shot if he wins", it was always "we'll see after"; they had no plans on giving him a title shot.
Guillard killed diver in seconds bro lol @ rematch
Guida is boring only hit pettis with shoulder lol sanchez owned him
ednzo777 - Petis lost look at his record. Let him learn wrestling because if we put him against Frankie or Gray he will get dry humped or pitter pattered for 5 rounds.
regardless
Melvin vs the winner of the Guida fight for the number 1 spot
or
Gil vs the winner of Gray vs Edgar
I find it interesting that so many people say things like "Pettis needs to learn wrestling." His wrestling looked pretty good against Shane Roller(3x All American), and Ben Henderson who we just saw outwrestle one of the best wrestlers in the division.
In the Guida fight he either a)trusted his BJJ a little too much b)had a bit of an off night c) faced a very good wrestler with a bit of a different style.
I think a lot of fans have very short memories when it comes to fighters. I think Pettis's history shows that his wrestling is pretty decent. Can he improve? Of course, but getting outwrestled by a guy like Guida, who only wanted to wrestle in that fight, is no big shame.
DarkReflection - I say Pettis won that fight with Guida. He did more to threaten and finish the fight than Guida did. Pettis even controlled the action on the ground, all Clay did was put it there. We need better judges, and simply being on top shouldn't mean you are "winning" if all you are doing is "being the guy on top"....if the guy on the bottom is attempting a triangle..then attempting a kimura...then attempting a sweep..then attempting an armbar etc...and all the guy on top is doing is avoiding...then I say the guy on bottom is the AGGRESSOR in an inherently WEAKER position...and he should get the credit for pushing the action.
So no..this doesn't change my mind on Pettis, I think Pettis is a top 10 LW.
Cheers

I agree I thought Pettis won that fight against Guida, with that said I would like to see Bendo vs Guillard

Ur an idiot Pettis got domimated amd all he tried to do was land flashy kicks he couldnt land
Fuck all this. Yeah...you say Miller got "owned"...but that guy might be one of the toughest SOBs' fighting in the UFC today. I have yet to see anyone take the likes of the beating he did...then drop the guy with a straight right, recieve another beating, only to get up and keep coming like he did till the final bell. You could almost see the look of schock on Hendersons' face that he was still in the fight until the end. Simply inspiring. I guarantee no one wants a piece of Miller..after what he showed in that fight. He may be even more relevent than he was before the fight for the heart he showed. Look how they've treated Diego through his losses...Miller deserves no less. Serious heart and toughness.
Miller showed heart, Bendo showed he should be the number 1 contender. Clay has some wins but lets be honest his dry humping of Pettis was not very inspiring which in my eyes keeps him a bit lower on the totem pole. Melvin is finishing people left and right. It should be him and bendo if bendo himself doesn't get the shot next which I can see as being warranted for his win over such a high ranked opponent in Miller

Where was this domination?
All I saw were shoulder shrugs and guida defending subs (only real offense in the entire match).
