I noticed that Centrum Silver and some other multis
for those farts like me who are over 50 do not contain
iron. Anybody know why? Do those over 50 need less? I
never read that. Opinions please.
Men, in general, don't need as much iron as women. Too much iron is
bad for you.
Centrum is also bad for you. Get a decent brand like SuperNutrition or
Life Force (by Source Naturals).
