I knew that because the NFL coaches thought he had excellent cardio and speed. He was the fastest guy at his size in camp.

really with the massive weight cutting now, the division has a little too much weight range imo. smaller guys will have no chance when the genetically gifted guys like brock learn some decent skills. brock only really needs good sub defense because in most fights he should be able to severn smother the other guy if he cant figure out how to work proper gnp
