Anyone know of resources that list core exercises excluding the crunch/back ext kind? Overhead squats, Overhead lunges, farmer's walk are some I know of.

There are a ton...Just pick up something heavy and move it through space while you are standing.

Deadlift Walks are pretty good.
i was gong to say over head squat.
Front Squat, Turkish Get up, Dragon Flags, Ab Wheel, and suspended chain push ups.
Waiter walks and suitcase carries work the obliques pretty nicely, too.
