I have to agree with OP. Herb warned him, then pulled his hand off the cage...and then did NOTHING when RP grabbed it seconds later. He then grabbed it once more a minute later.

And he also landed a very blatant late punch after the first round. Disgusting behavior by RP and Dean for doing nothing.
