Who is stronger in the comic books?
Seems to me Captain Marvel doesnt hold a candle to Scarlet Witch.
Not sure, but in the movies Scarlet Witch has better tits, a phatter ass and is just all around hotter.

Captain Marvel:
Weak against magic.
Weak against mind control.
Introduced in House of M which is a reality that Scarlet Witch created.
Joined the Avengers in the absence of Scarlet Witch as a substitute.
Scarlet Witch:
Is magic unto herself.
Would mindfuck Captain Marvel.
Is the most underrated Avenger and should have been the “secret weapon” for this movie. Especially, considering she had a reason to completely destroy Thanos after losing vision.
I think Witch once completely altered reality in a comic series, she went insane or some shit. She had Thanos smoked in the movie as well until he ordered artillery.
Scarlet witch is definitely more interesting

Captain Marvel can punch holes through spaceships and probably power blast a mountain apart.
Scarlet Witch altered reality. She basically Thanos snapped away all the mutants in the world without a gauntlet. She should be able to handle anybody we’ve seen in the movies short of maybe Dr Strange
Both are walking plot points with very vague powers and power levels. Both have been helpless damsels in distress to full on planet destroyers - at least in the comics.
For my money, neither character is worth reading about. Captain Marvel is a vile character, nearly devoid of any good qualities and Scarlet Witch is primarily used as a love interest for even less interesting characters - at least in the comics.

Scarlett Witch is probably the worst adaptation of a character in the MCU. They allowed her to keep her secondary powers (hex blasts) but completely ignored her primary powers (probability/reality manipulation). I can’t say I blame them though, because her primary powers basically make her God, and not an Asgardian small g type of god who is really good in a fist fight, but an Abrahamic capital G type of God, who fucking creates whole universes just by thinking about it.

Scarlet Witch has never had precise control over her powers. She was only able to kick start House of M by being bat-sh** crazy.
Scarlet Witch having to learn to control her powers has been a long running plot point.

I would imagine that is a big part of her Disney+ show.
scarlet witch should win. danvers only shot would be if she could beat witch to the punch. actually, she probably could. otherwise, witch could warp her out of reality.
