just wondering what some of you guys eat or suggest to eat before training or even before a fight. just for info. im 5,7 160lbs i just wanted to know what would give me more energy/ stamina. thanks and please let me know if theres sites out there that would give me more info.
Eat something light (and not sugary) 2-3 hours before.
Even a sandwich or something but preferably something less processed (baked potato, brown rice etc).
