Nutrition question

I try to prepare my meals in advance for a few days. Mostly chicken breasts(lots),rice,veggies,salads,lean beef,tuna,etc.

I don't like cold meals much so I heat them in the microwave.

 I've heard two different thinkings on microwaving your meals. One is that when you do it, you lose the nutriants and vitamins...the other is that it's a myth and the exact oppisite that it actually enhances the nutrional value. Which is it?

as long as you are eating good foods i dont think it's a as big of a deal how you prepare it. a boiled and then micro'd bowl of broccoli is still a lot better than a little debbie snack

Do not micro wave in plastic containers.

Bad Idea.
