  Way nice!

 I need to start welding.

Very easy to learn... I bought a basic Lincoln mig for 500 but you can go harbor freight to get started for cheaper

What do you think you spent on material? How many hours did you put in?

The rear bumper including steel, latch assembly, bearing and cup for the swingout, during tabs and the hitch receiver prolly around 400-450 with paint, but I wasted some steel bc I bought too much.  As far as time.... lol prolly 60-80 hours.  But it was made from scratch so I had nothing to go from, just solved problems as they come up and that takes time.  No way to profit making these one by one.  You’d have to develop the bumper then find a way to have it produced on a mass level to profit

Very good Op!

Came out bad ass

Sogsteel - Came out bad ass

Thanks guys!

I just noticed I posted only the front bumper... the rear bumper was quite a bit more work with the swingout... here is the video for that one

Nice.  I wanted to buy a bronco ii for a few months a while back.  I looked but couldn't find anything nearby.  I eventually lost interest in it.  My buddy had a badass bronco ii back in high school and i've always liked them.  Most of them for sale now on are junk.

There are a couple Facebook pages that you can join that would be the best place besides craigslist.  Fun trucks, if you know how to work on cars you can fairly easily drop the axles in from. An explorer that are bolt in, in the front and just require axle and shock mounts in the rear.  The 4.0 motor is fairly simple to drop in as well.  I put a 5.0 from a mustang in which is a bit more involved but worth it

Great job man!
