I'm gonna get after it tonight during the fights but I've yet to decide what abomination I'm throwing down.
A samples meal from a while back. 
I am currently eating like shit everyday, but when I'm locked in, I keep it simple.
Pizza and wings from the best place in town, or Skyline Chili (about half pound of spaghetti, half pound of chili, 1/4 of cheese, with a drizzle of hotsauce.
I like your style though.
A number 1 (taco, rice, burrito) and a number 5 (taco, enchilada, beans) from the Mexican restaurant down the streets lunch menu. Combined for one Mexican mega meal, I eat it 2 or 3 times a year...and today was one of the days.
