The Kings Reverse Retro sweater is pretty sweet and it pays homage to the greatest playoff comeback ever. The Miracle on Manchester when the Kings trailed the Gretzky led Oilers 5-0 in the third period and cane back and win the game.

Borje Salming was diagnosed with ALS this summer and to honor him the leafs initial shift to start the game including in net was all Swedes. Class move Toronto.

I watched my first oilers game of the season since they were playing the Kings. Man that is not a good team. You can’t win with just two of the best in the league and not much else. They will not go anywhere without serious changes. They have no blue line and the bottom 6 suck.

That’s been the story since McDavid/Draisaitl became superstars.
Bottom 6 sucks, defense sucks and no goaltending. Though Skinner looks promising.
No idea why they paid Jack Campbell 5 x 5.
He had good stats last year due to a fantastic October/November but if you really break it down from the end of December until May he was .897 goalie. He’s mentally fragile as well.

Exactly . They will be good enough to make playoffs but not win a cup with that heavy loaded model.
From what I read they liked him but health was an issue and they have no where for him with all the young guys that they have.
