Check out the store link. You will find it there. As for the clarification...I honestly don't see the difference between the self-defense applications and the nhb applications. With minor modifications they can all be used interchangeabley. Now would I suggest a belly to back on the street...no, but I can let you speak to a wrestler that made someone retarded doing just that. It is all in how you train it and what your intentions are.
