I think he meant that given enough tries he could get KJ down. But the way judges, and alot of fans see fights, when a guy is going for takedowns over and again it's because he is afraid/doesn't wamt to stand. And it looks desperate.

Diaz carried Noons on the feet that entire fight to prove that the cut stoppage was not indicitive of their respective talents inside the cage.
If there is a rubber match - Diaz will submit Noons in the 1st round to show everyone whats REALLY up.
