Nope but the Okami threw strikes because he knew the ref would stop it. He wasn't looking for the finish. All of those were blocked. Again i picked Okami but there wasn't exactly tons of power or any attempt to work past the blocjs

It is but it's a facade. Okami herb was tentative because he knew Okami was doing no damage.
His opponent basically gave up. He really didn't need to strike that hard to get the w. Why risk breaking his hand?

In a real fight Okami would have broken him because there is no ref to stop you from hitting the back of the head. Okami defeated him fairly and within the rules without hurting him too much, it was an honorable victory.
