We were fortunate enough to have Raphael come to my school last month. Obviously he is an outstanding competitor, but I didnt realize that he was such a good instructor as well. I bought his App yesterday on iTunes, and it is really solid. I think there is about 40 min. of instruction on the omoplata. Various entries and ways to finish. You basically get a DVD instructional for less than $5. The quality of the video is top notch, the teaching is awesome and it is very simple to navigate. I am sure that this is the beginning of a new direction in BJJ instructionals.
