I know they have a Mma division ,kickboxing division and Muaythai division.
However ,what I can’t seem to find info on ,is the muaythai division with smaller 4 oz gloves.
Is this a seperate division from the standard muaythai with boxing gloves ?
or is it the same muaythai division but fighters always have the option to wear smaller gloves ,if they want to?
is it lethwei ? When they fight with smaller gloves or is it just muaythai with smaller gloves ?
don’t see where One Championshio makes a clarification of this.
Does anyone know if One Championship have 1 or 2 Muaythai divisions ?
Or is the smaller gloves muaythai division the same as the regular glove muaythai division ?
it actually makes it harder to follow (as a sport ), if this distinction is never made or explained in their website
anybody know ?

not the biggest One fan so I'm not the best guy to ask, but I think it's just up to the fighters.
Yes but who decides wether they fight muaythai with mma gloves or traditional boxing gloves ?
is it up to the fighters themselves ?
Promoters ?
Is there actually two seperate divisions or belts for these two types of muaythai divisions ?
so you can possibly win two important fights with mma gloves but then have to fight the title fight with boxing gloves ?
makes no sense
its really confusing to follow along ,if some muaythai fights are held with mma gloves ,while others are not and there is no distinction made by the promotion

There is definitely not two different muay thai divisions separated by the gloves.
RKing85 - There is definitely not two different muay thai divisions separated by the gloves. There is:
Nong-O is the BW champ and Rodtang is the FW champ.
Gloves and ring/cage they seem to make up as they go. They changed it from fight to fight in the same tournament
Bigger gloves so then little fighters can make weight.

Mr Muay Thai -MMA divisions:
1.1 Heavyweight (265 Ib, 120.2 kg)
1.2 Light Heavyweight (225 Ib, 102.1 kg)
1.3 Middleweight (205 Ib, 93 kg)
1.4 Welterweight (185 Ib, 83.9 kg)
1.5 Lightweight (170 Ib, 77.1 kg)
1.6 Featherweight (155 Ib, 70.3 kg)
1.7 Bantamweight (145 Ib, 65.8 kg)
1.8 Flyweight (135 Ib, 61.2)
Kickboxing has:
LHW, LW, FW
Muay Thai has:
BW, FW
So everyone from 171-225 is in the same weight class for kick boxing? That is fucking awesome

I like that they mix it up but I would prefer to have kickboxing with the bigger gloves and have muay thai with the small gloves.
I also dont get what decides whether they use a ring or a cage.
Nong-O Gaiyanghadao defeats Saemapetch Fairtex via knockout at 1:46 of round four (ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai World Champion) - 4oz gloves
When he fought Pinca or Zatout is was 8oz, his last few were 4oz
