Burpees with a pushup at the bottom and a pullup at the top.

If you’re a real madman, do a handstand pushup before the burpee. It will hit just about everything.

Those fuckers are deceivingly hard.

I did 5-8 but I didn’t experiment much… Try both for 6 weeks and see if you can tell the diff… But I got strong fast doing this and it is easy to do
