Name some random fighters that fought in the UFC once and then were never to be heard of again.
I'll start with.......... Floyd Sword
Doesn'y quite meet your criteria but I'll say Lee Murray.
Mark Schultz
Ryan Madigan
Tom Egan
Romie Aram
Neil Wain
Mine doesn't meet most of your criteria either, but...
Antonio McKee
Wayne Weems.
I'm sure you can find a lot of one and done guys from TUF that fought in the Finale show, and then never in the UFC again.
Did Wayne Weems have an official UFC bout? I remember his lopsided TKO loss to Gray Maynard on the show but don't remember him being at the Finale.
Michael Falcon
Soa Palelei
Soa Palelei is a memorable one for me.
He was a highly sought-after HW a few years ago. I was working for elitexc back then, and I was in a bidding war with the UFC over him...thanks to Ryan Parsons. UFC "won" the bidding war, but Soa turned out to be a bust.
Damn epwar beat me by a few seconds.

And quite possibly responsible for the worse heavyweight fight of all time. The guy couldn't even throw a punch.
the best part was.. a friend of mine hyped up Soa for 3 weeks before the fight..
buwahahahaha
we started calling him Zoeb Palelei around the office.. it was gold.. the agony he was in watching the fight unfold was spectacular!
He got cool tatttos so he must be good................. right?
Sean Salmon. Was 9-1 going into his UFC fight w Rashad. Looked competitive in rd 1 before the highlight KO. His career has kind of fallen apart since. He is now 18-18.
Correction...I forgot he did have a 2nd fight in UFC.
