I've heard good things about these promotions(especially One FC with their pride rules) but haven't watched them yet, for those who have watched are their fighters bellator/strike force level or more legacy/Titan(major regional promotions) level. 
OneFC is looking great so far. Saw OneFC 3 live in Singapore. Awesome night of fights and overall great atmosphere and spectacle.
With that said I do have to say that most the fighters they have now aren't top 10, but definitely Bellator level imo. Guys like Zoro Moreira, Leandro Issa and Kawajiri would do well in Bellator's tourneys.
They are excellent shows. Super Fight League is a little over the top at times, but I grew up watching Indian movies, and appreciate the vibe.

Watched the last SFL, had some entertaining fights and some wacky moments.Including a dude having a sword in the cage.
Main event was a bit of a let down, but the rest of the card made up for it thoroughly, though as Kirik said, over the top. I'll gladly watch the next one especially with a few of their recent signings
I watched a couple fights from the last SFL show on the Internet. I don't have much to say about it I guess.
One FC is awesome. They have some great prospects and big names over there.

I really like OneFC. Have seen very little of SFL but UGers have said positive things about them, too.
