If you want excitement, violent and S tier production watch One.
If you want terrible fights, shit production and cards that are filled with boring bums then watch the UFC. If you want what I said times 100 watch garbage fest PFL

I watched One FC once I think, had put some bets on teh Moo Thai matches and their rules are completely different

judges cards were all over the place I simply could not follow, most of my bets won but again they were sizeable favorites so no surprise there but I had a really hard time understanding the scoring system in Moo Thai
I come from a word where cards make sense … soccer

But the yellow card usage I saw I greatly appreciated. IIRC they took a point and or pay from the fighter who was given a yellow card, because he was being too cautious and making for a boring fight.
They nipped that in the bud quick and the rest of the fight was much better.
UFC typically rewards fighters with a victory for a shoozefest.
Kumaru vs Masvidal 1 Kumaru would have gotten a yellow card and possibly red. It was boring.
ONE wants great fights. UFC, not so much.
Aljo would have been carded vs Yan.
Jones would likely actually be punished for eye poking his opponents.
The card system only exists to make the fights better. The winner is us, the fans.

Red card and Yellow cards are the best thing to happen.
People trying to not fight in a fight getting penalized is amazing

Is Angela Lee still fighting? I know the Lee family took Victoria’s passing really hard last year. Angela is (was?) absolutely DOMINANT as the One Atomweight Champ and props for her for taking two shots at the Strawweight title against Jing Nan even though she lost. Interestingly Jing Nan holds two wins over Angela at Strawweight but lost against Lee for the Atomweight strap. Great rivalry.
Victoria went 3-0 (2 submissions and a TKO) before pausing her MMA career to finish high school. She was a star in the making.
Prayers up for the Lee family. I heard they hung a closed sign on their academy the day after Victoria passed and never reopened.
