Once you buy the event for $10 bucks you can watch it anytime you want and as many times as you want until June 2nd.
Just stay away from spoilers and watch it whenever ya want.
I might stay off the MMA interwebs tomorrow and watch it at 8am Saturday and have a 16 hour MMA marathon.
That sort of marathon has not happened since back in the peak years of the Japanese NYE events.
