I've read a long interview with him, and some others' essays that talk about him, but not his own books. Except the Necronomicon and such.... which brings me to the point....
He IS a trickster, denies being the "Simon" of the Necronomicon hoax. (Has a story about his minor involvement, and is cagey about how much he "believes it's not a hoax).
But he did write "the" books on occultism and the Third Reich. And he's got some stuff out now involving longer sweeps of history and the usual suspects (Skull and Bones and the Presidency). His interest is the political impact of occult beliefs and practices.
Is he as much a goofball as, say, Icke? Or is his historical stuff legit? Does anyone know anything about him?
