Just wondering what anyone/everyones experence with BJJTapes.com is like as far as timeliness of order and customer service?
I placed an order about 10 days ago and haven't heard anything about it. I attempted to contact them through their e-mail, but never heard back from them.
Having no experence with them, I don't want to judge anyone too soon so I was hoping to hear if this is normal wait time for there shipments.

Everything I have ordered from them has come in at about the time it was projeced to ship. I pre-ordered the Jacare and Pe De Pano, so there was a longer waiting time than if they had it in stock. I would try another email.
did they happen to tell you that your order shipped?
Never had a problem. Always got e-mails telling me when something shipped.
We are back on track and sorry for the recent delays. We had to get some DVD's made and waited for them to be shipped to us.
