Personally my left arms my power hand but I put it in front but can switch to south paw I love the left hook.

Depends on the skill level. If both fighers are even I'd give the advantage to the southpaw because they are unorthodox.. Most orthodox fighters are used to sparring with other orthodox fighters.

I work both. Why not? You can give your opponent different looks and change things just by switching your stance.
