I know overdrafts on your checking account doesn't look good when trying to buy a house... but does an overdraft charge hurt your credit?
Got into a little problem lately and had two overdraft charges in the last 2 months. Now I'm scared it went and fucked up my credit.

Some other things to consider...
If you can prove your income using paystubs or tax returns, nobody will ever find out when buying a home.
Consider going to the bank and setting up overdraft protection. Not only can you sometimes get the fees reversed but you can make sure you never pay them again.
My bank treats me like Jed Clampett after I took a 200k mortgage from them.
I can't believe how many people don't have this protection.
