Pacman needs to rematch Bradley or step up and fight Mayweather. Pacman missed the HUGE mega fight vs PBF that was supposed to happen in May, all because he doesn't want to do the Olympic style drug test system like Mayweather wants.
This fight has been in the works for years and its a crime it hasn't happened. IIRC Mayweather said he'd do close to 50/50 pay as long as he takes the PED tests.
