I heard about these gis on this forum so I apologize for the repeat thread, but I just got my P n S gold weave today and it is much much nicer than I expected for what it costs. There is a review floating around out there that talks about the gold weave and compares it to an Atama and a Koral. It's a really good review and covers the gi in detail, but it says that this gi has relatively wide sleeves. Maybe they have changed the design, but that is not the case in the one I got. The sleaves on this gi are actually tighter than the sleeves on my Atama gold weave, even though it is a size bigger. In fact, I dont think they could reasonably be any smaller than they are. Also, there have been posts about the lapel being "too flimsy". I couldnt disagree more. The lapel is similar to my Atama. I have worn gis before that have a really thick lapel and to me they are very uncomfortable and restrictive. The P and S lapel seems perfect. Its not too thin, but not too thick. For the price I could not be happier. I think I am going to get another one soon before he raises his prices like everyone else has.

I am guessing my A-4 after shrinking is roughly the same size as an A-3 Atama before shrinking. If you have questions regarding sizing, call the company. joe is really good about recomending the right size for your body type.
