I heard Paul Creighton received his black belt from Renzo on Saturday after the seminar! Also heard that Tim (don't know last name) from Virginia got his black belt from Renzo as well.
It was a great seminar, Renzo is very cool and is an amazing instructor.
I had to leave a little earlier so I missed the presentation of the black belts, but one of my training partners called afterwards to let me know.

I was glad to be a part of it. We were all taking a group picture when Renzo handed both Paul and Tim Mannis (I think that is his last name) their BB. It was very cool. I got a chance to roll with Tim and it was a pleasure.

Renzo has given out several black belts over the past month or so. Congrats to everyone.
That is awesome! I only met Paul once (summer of '03) but he made a great impression and it couldn't happen to a nicer guy!
Like Jeff, I only met Paul once also and he let me train at his school for a day. He was a very respectible person and seems like a great guy who runs a good program.
