One fallacy is that everyone assumes watching it with the sound off in slow motion gives a more accurate picture of what happened. But it’s watching in fast motion, with the sound up that it becomes more obvious: you can hear the last punch land and as it does, Pauli’s legs show the shock of the hit and he tumbles to the ground. Not that it was a super hard punch, but it’s obvious it hits Pauli pretty good.
Not to mention it friggin’ turns Pauli around! Conor’s hand is on Pauli’s neck and Pauli is starting to lean down to his left, the direction Conor would be pulling him (if conor was pulling), but then Conor hits him with the right, Pauli’s legs shock and you see it turn Pauli’s head and body right around facing the other way - exactly what you’d expect if Pauli were being hit with a punch.
