Shlemenko won his writ (appeal) and is free to fight.— Ken Pavia (@KenPavia) 21 ???? 2016 ?.
For some reason I really like the word "writ"
Like, you could throw it in a sentence and the sentence is instantly 500% more official.
"Wal Mart didn't want to refund me for the defective product, luckily I kept my writ of purchase"
"You have to ask Ms. Jones for the hallway writ if you want to go to the bathroom"
Three years was insane. Glad he will be coming back.
Awesome. WAR SHLEMENKO!!!!!
Funny how we don't have more information! What exactly happened???. So glad to hear. Again, i respect the stringent ped testing, but i feel the pendulum has swung too far in the other direction. 3 years is crazy
I am stunned. That Pavia is still representing people? I thought he retired?
Can't wait to see some more of that spinny shit

I dont represent fighters, just worked on this case to help bring it to justice. If you have time watch that "hearing" it is ridiculous, cant believe that could happen here in the US.
I do international consulting for a number of organizations.
Gotcha, had not seen your name in some time tips hat
LMAO this fucking government incompetence.
"Sorry about no B sample. We were too busy."
Nexuscrawlers - Awesome. WAR SHLEMENKO!!!!!Fucking yeah!! He's one of my favorites!
Searchinghappy - Can't wait to see some more of that spinny shitBoom! Me too.
What was crazy about this was he failed the test before the 3 year ban rule came into play but the hearing took place after from what I remember. No way he should have been given the sentence that was passed after he already failed.

epwar - Three years was insane. Glad he will be coming back.It was insane, but only because nobody else has gotten 3 years for a first offense. If that were the standard, it wouldn't be crazy.
that's why USADA, no shady shit
